MAN-iFEST Your Abundant Life Now! Facilitated by Joa Janakoayas, MA. Welcome to MAN-iFEST: To manifest your heart-felt dreams into reality, join us on a first Monday. We meet to manifest what we each deserve: Our strong sense of self dignity, self esteem, confidence, overflowing abundance, and co-empowerred loving relationships. Every man has unlimited potential, a higher self that can be actualized - as various spiritual masters have already demonstrated. We support each other with playing at 125 percent, (constantly expanding beyond our previous confort zone). We do not meet to be comfortable, but choosing to live our greater potential is very exciting! This is a coached mastermind group. Mastermind means we each will be utilizing our group mind. Every man is full of ideas and wisdom that can help you see and overcome your blindspots. My job as your coach, is to keep you proactive, not falling back into your familiar self limiting story, but staying present to your potential NOW. I offer a guided mediation on receiving the highest vision for your life, and then gently challenge you each week to live your greater potential with an array of additional coaching skills which you will have the opportunity to learn if you keep meeting with us. Using proven effective spiritual psychological processes, each man has an opportunity to get free of his issues and get on with living his higher purpose of joyfully making our world a better place to live. You can begin experiencing this in your first meeting with us, if this is your choice. To see if our group is a good match for you, first take the steps to join our group, then RSVP at our next opening group, (the first monday of the next month). Suggested donation is $10 What We Do: We spend our first 30 minutes Conscious Breathing and Drumming. Do you know what the natives in Hawaii call white men? "Howlies," meaning,"Ones that do not breathe." By not breathing well we stay in our heads (our fear based thinking). Deep breathing and drumming gets us in our hearts, and by choosing to feel everything, we grow. This powerful introduction gets us to a completely new level of presence before we even open our mouths. We speak using Conscious Language of Robert Stevens. Pure speech gets us out of our old stories and into manifesting specific victorious outcomes that each man chooses. For resolving issues, we use Joa's Freedom Method, an 8 step process that naturally and swiftly moves you from upset to resolution and empowered mastery. We speak in rounds, so everyone has a chance to share on each subject presented. In our warm, unconditionally accepting space, each man will be held accountable for following through with his own personal goals.
